These plugins, valued at $85 per year, we’ll implement at no extra cost for you (if we determine that your website could benefit from them).

*What happens when you use all of your monthly time allocation?
We stop at that point and resume working next month (if you have hired us for the next month), if it’s something critical, we’ll finish the work first. You will have the option to hire us for additional hours.
*What do the smaller content/style changes entitle?
As the term suggests, only smaller tasks will fit the timetable. However, please note that we are a technical WordPress maintenance agency; significant work such as redesigns, page builds, changing website functionality, or working through SEO reports are jobs for your design, development, or marketing agency.
Are you providing maintenance for the other websites besides the ones on WordPress.org CMS?
No, we specialize solely in the WordPress.org CMS platform. That’s why we are so good at it.
I haven’t received a confirmation for ordering. How can I find out my order #?
Please check your spam e-mail folder. If the e-mail does not arrive in a reasonable time, contact us about it.

Do you offer WP Rocket and Perfmatters for free?
Not on the monthly maintenance packages, but yes on yearly packages. If we determine that your website would benefit from such a move, and if your web host server allows it.
Do you provide a web host server?
Web host server is not included in our current plans. But if you wish, we can offer it as well. Please contact us about it for a more customized offer.
