Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you have to allow us to reverse all the changes we have made to the website. Refunds are possible only for speed optimization products.
You should be aware that no matter how solid the speed optimization work is, it will not make your website fast if hosted on a slow infrastructure (web host/CDN). To be eligible for the refund, your web host must be hosted on a decently fast web host server (300 ms response time maximum, measured on the independent test: https://tools.keycdn.com/performance) and with the recently new server PHP version (8).
If, upon project delivery, we do not succeed in improving the User’s website loading speed, the User will be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- The User’s site was running the latest version of WordPress, and all installed plugins and themes were up to date at the start of the Speed Optimization.
- At the beginning of the speed optimization, the User’s site was not broken (e.g., experiencing rendering issues, incompatibilities, errors, anomalies, etc.).
- The user or third parties did no development work during the project except for content editing.
- All technical changes proposed by us as part of the Speed Optimization were implemented. This includes not rejecting technical changes, including using paid third-party services/products that are integral to our service.
- The User did not alter the website’s configuration, especially the performance-related settings made within the scope of the Complete Speed Optimization.
Early termination or cancellation of the project by the User does not entitle to a refund if the Service has already commenced. The 14-day “cooling-off” period for consumers in the EU, as outlined in the “EU Directive on Consumer Rights” and implemented in member states’ local laws, does not apply if the Service has already begun. Payment for the Service and the subsequent sharing of credentials (username and password to access the User’s website) confirm that the Service can begin at our discretion. No additional explicit confirmation is necessary from the User.
If there is a refund, any associated affiliate amount is nullified.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions that occur under it, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.
Affiliates:
- Affiliates earn a 15% commission on sales generated through the Website after customers click on the Affiliate’s link. WPService.pro reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time.
- When visitors follow a link or banner from the Affiliate’s site, WPservice tracks the Affiliate ID for 60 calendar days. During this period, any order placed by the same User guarantees the Affiliate’s commission. Comprehensive Affiliate reports are available on the Website to track performance.
Amendments may be made to these TOS from time to time. Such amendments may include but are not limited to changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by WPservice.
WPservice has no control over and assumes no responsibility for any third-party websites or services’ content, privacy policies, or practices. You further acknowledge and agree that WPservice shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately (Affiliates included), without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms that should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
